We ship orders primarily via USPS, but reserve the right to ship with the most efficient method.
Valiente Goods does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Valiente Goods is required by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipping to Ohio and Florida addresses.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after shipping. If you think your item has been lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the corresponding postal service.*
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and arrange to return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Returns must be pre-approved by Valiente Goods. To obtain approval please contact us and explain the reasons for your return. If approved, we will contact you via email and coordinate the return/exchange. Exchanged items will be credited to the same credit card you used to purchase (minus shipping charges) within seven days after merchandise has been physically received. Your replacement order will be charged to that same credit card and and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:
- Made within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice.
- Returned in original packaging.
- Apparel items must not have been worn.
- Shipped via UPS, FedEx or a courier that issues a tracking number.
- Unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or mistake, customer is responsible for return shipment.
- Products not eligible for return are noted in descriptions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will promptly refund the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes. We do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges unless you were sent a defective product or the wrong product. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. If credited to the credit card that you used to make your purchase, please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
